Learning and working becomes more and more closely related. Employees are busy and won’t have the time or energy to clear out a large chunk of time to learn. Fortunately, it’s not always necessary to do so or something you want to happen. It is important for learning to be connected to day-to-day activities.
By designing learning content in small pieces, it will seem manageable
and fun. Also, the information will stick better when you space out learning
activities. Another benefit is being able to fit in a bit of learning in
between other tasks.
We know of many ways to apply microlearnings. For example
videos/animations, short e-learning modules, infographics and many more, which
can be used as performance support.
